She has developed expertise in providing consulting services related to budget and population forecasts, long-term financial analysis, and new program initiatives, as well as 1915(c) waiver filings and cost-effectiveness calculations for the Developmentally Disabled, Aged and Disabled, Medically Fragile Children, and Seriously Emotionally Disturbed Children waivers. Teresa has additionally provided consulting services to pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, physician provider groups, pre-paid health plans, insurance companies, self-funded insurance plans, and government agencies since joining Milliman. Her prior work at Anthem Health Companies resulted in extensive experience in providing actuarial and decision support for individual health insurance markets, with specific emphasis on Medicare-and-senior-market-related products.
