Julie Bentz
Julie Bentz is a principal, senior consultant and communication director for the Milliman Employee Benefits Administration Practice. She combines her writing skills and knowledge of benefits to consult with clients on communicating a wide range of human resource initiatives. Julie leads the team of senior communication consultants and multimedia designers that are responsible for client management, communication strategy, and content development for our retirement education services and HR communication clients. The scope of services cover DC, DB, H&W, as well as recruitment and total rewards. She serves as the relationship manager for several key HR communication clients and the senior communication consultant for several DC and DB clients.
Experience
Julie has worked in the benefits consulting business since 2003, and joined Milliman in 2011. Julie has assigned clients in developing overall communication strategies and campaigns ranging from health and welfare to retirement to change communication.
She works with clients from start to finish ensuring the successful communication of new benefits and changes to existing programs.
Julie’s work has received global recognition by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), and the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP).

- Texas Christian University; Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism, with an emphasis on Advertising and Public Relations and a minor in Sociology, August 2003.
